Brilliant for moving tesserae, dislodging bits of grout, cleaning up etc.  Made by Giacomello of Spilimbergo, this spatula and its smaller sibling are flexible enough to be very versatile, while also being light and strong.  This medium one measures 27cm from nose to tail (about 4cm longer than the small version and the same length as the medium one).  The 'leaf' end is 7.5cm long, while the 'square' end is 6.5cm long and 24mm wide.  The tool weighs 76g.
