Your privacy is important to us and we treat any information you provide to us with care. By visiting www.mosaicworkshop.com (“our website”) or by placing orders by email, phone or post you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in our privacy policy. 

WHO WE ARE 

We are Mosaic Central Ltd, trading as Mosaic Workshop, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14028717), with a registered office at Orchard Grange, Old Warden, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9HB

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

We receive and store your name, address, phone number and email address and the delivery address of any third party recipient when you place an order with us, whether online by email or telephone.  When you place an order online we do not have access to your credit/debit card details.   Online customers are transferred to the secure payment environments on the Sagepay or Paypal websites.  If we take payment by phone your card details are entered into our Worldpay payment terminal and are not recorded or retained by us.  

HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION 

- To deliver the products you have purchased;
- To contact you in relation to any purchase you have made in order to ensure that we can deliver your goods or services to you;
- To reply to any message you have sent using our website;
- For "administrative purposes", which means that we may contact you for reasons related to your purchase, as set out below (e.g. to send you a password reminder);

WILL WE SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANYONE ELSE? 

In order to complete your order we may need to disclose some of your information to our delivery partners including Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce and their affiliates. 

MARKETING & NEWSLETTER 

If you have given us your consent (entered your email address into the newsletter subscription form and clicked "subscribe" button or manually ticked the confirmative box at checkout or registration process), we may occasionally contact you with news or special offers.  These communications will always contain an "unsubscribe" link if you would like to be removed from the mailing list.

YOUR RIGHT TO ACCESS AND EDIT OR DELETE INFORMATION 

You're welcome to access and edit any information we hold about you. You can do it via your web account or by contacting us at sales@mosaicworkshop.com.   If you'd like your web account to be removed and any personal data deleted, please send us an email or call us on 07896 322063

Like many websites, we use “cookies” and obtain certain information automatically when your web browser accesses our website. Information automatically received by us includes the IP address that your computer uses to connect to the internet; your computer, browser, operating system and internet connection details; purchase history, clickstream/path analysis of your journey through our website; and products you searched for.
